RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the fragility of our products, we limit our returns and exchanges. We do not accept any products that have been used. Please note that if you receive a damaged product, you need to send us an image of the damaged product with in the first three days of receiving it. If you do not send us an image, we will not be able to process a refund for the product or an exchange. 

 

For Unused Products

Please email vitamia.ca@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

If you decide to return an item(s) to Vita Mia , you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Vita Mia. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
